    Any source, including trade-ins and purchases from private individuals, other dealers, wholesalers and auctions. To be eligible for certification, vehicle must have been previously sold by Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. Vehicles sold by Servco Toyota Hawaii, Toyota de Puerto Rico and Toyota Canada Inc. do not qualify for certification. Sale Type Sale or lease to retail individuals, fleet accounts and commercial users are permitted.

A/C or heater noise can be result of bent or incorrectly positioned piping due to accident damage or incorrect installation. A/C operates properly. A/C and heater performance should be checked during engine warm-up and hot idle tests.

Frame, Structure and Underbody (Continued) Item Criteria Comments The brake system contains all needed equipment (shim kit, pins, rattle clips, etc.). Brake pad/shoe linings have a minimum thickness of 50% remaining. Many brake pads can be measured without removing wheels. Brake rotors/drums within specifications with no abnormal grooving and discoloration.
