2-2-23. Battery Case Assembly

1. Refer to Sections from 2-2-1 to 2-2-3, 2-2-5,
2-2-9, 2-2-13 and 2-2-21, and disassemble
the unit up to "Outside Panel Sub Assembly"
removal.
2. Remove the tape (20 x 30) fixing the power
supply harness.
3. Disconnect the power supply harness from
the connector (CN2) on the RE-260 board.
4. Remove the power supply harness from
groove of the main frame.
5. Remove the four screws of the battery case
assembly.
6. Disconnect the power supply harness through
clearance between the main frame and the
connector rear assembly, and remove the
battery case assembly.
7. Reinstall the removed parts by reversing
steps 3 to 6.
8. Fix the power supply harness with the tape
(20 x 30) to the location shown by the
illustration.

Do not re-use the tape on which adhesive
agent is coated.
9. Reinstall each part by reversing step 1.
