The system board is equipped with four onboard USB por ts (CN5
and CN6 - Black). USB allows data exchange between your
computer and a wide range of simultaneously accessible external
Plug and Play peripherals. You must have the proper drivers installed
in your operating system to use the USB por ts. Refer to your
operating system's manual or documentation.
You can enable or disable the USB por ts in the Integrated Peripher-
als submenu ("USB Controller" field) of the BIOS.
The Wake-On-USB Keyboard function allows you to use a USB
keyboard to wake up a system from the S3 (STR - Suspend To
RAM) state.
To use this function:
•
JP2 or JP3 pins 2 and 3 must be set to On.
•
"USB KB Wake-Up From S3" in the Power Management Setup
submenu of the BIOS must be set to Enabled.
