Description
Testing the position transmitter. Values can be entered in relation to

the operating range.
The momentary valve position is used in initialized positioners locally
as the start value (bumpless changeover to the test mode). When
testing by software, the entered simulation value is issued as the po-
sition feedback signal for 30 seconds.

Error message also in case of 'Function check' condensed

'Function check' condensed state does not cause an error
message to be issued
Note
Regardless of the condensed state, the fault alarm output always
switches when the error codes 57, 58, 60, 62 and 64 to 70, 76 are
issued.
