The Balmoral ® Front Installation - FPI P36D-NG1 Owners & Installation Manual

1) Bend tabs located at the back of the Balmoral Front upwards 90
degrees.
Backside of Front shown.
2) Secure the bottom frame of the Front by loosening the inner screw
on the hinge brackets on both the left and right side of the fi rebox.
Slide frame in place and secure.

3) Slide tabs into louver brackets located on the inside top of the
fi rebox.

FRONT INSTALLATION
4) Remove existing control switch box from under fi rebox by disconnecting
wires connected to the valve at TH-TH/TP terminals and discard.

5) Connect the ON/OFF switch wires coming from the left side of the
Front to the valve, with black hooked up to the TH/TP terminal and
red hooked up to the TH terminal.
NOTE: If fan option is not used please see step (5) of optional fan
installation for placement of fan control box.

6) For optional fan installation, see "Optional Fan Installation" section.
7) For 2-panel & 3-panel door installation, see "2-Panel Door Installation
& 3-Panel Door Installation" sections.
