Pausing or Canceling Output

You can pause and cancel output before it finishes.
I m p o rt a n t
We do not recommend resuming printing because horizontal stripes are produced at the place
where printing was paused.
Procedure
A
Press [PAUSE] before printing finishes.
The printing operation is paused.
B
Press [PAUSE] again to resume printing.
To cancel printing, go the next procedure without pressing [PAUSE].
C
When the screen shown below appears, hold down [PAUSE] for one second or longer.
TO CANCEL
DOWN PAUSE KEY
The printing operation is canceled.
D
Stop sending the data from the computer.

Cutting Off the Media

Procedure
A
Remove the left and right media clamps.
B
Close the front cover.
C
Check that [SETUP] is lit.
D
Press [FUNCTION].
E
Press [ ] several times to display the screen shown below.
