6. Install the balls w, absorber valve pins
e, springs r, spacers t, and new O-
rings y into the gear pump cover e.
7. Install the balls w into the gear pump
cover e with the manual release spring
u.
8. Install the gear pump bracket i, and
then tighten the bolts o to the specified
torque.

Gear pump bracket bolt o:
5.3 N·m (0.5 kgf·m, 3.9 ft·lb)
9. Install the down-relief valve p, up-relief
valve a, valve support pins s, springs
d, adapter f, backup ring g, and filter
h (L transom).
Install the down-relief valve p, valve sup-
port pin s, spring d, a new O-ring j,
valve support pin k, spring l, valve lock
screw ;, backup ring g, and filter h (X
transom).

10. Install the relief valve bracket z, and
then tighten the bolts x to the specified
torque.

5.3 N·m (0.5 kgf·m, 3.9 ft·lb)
11. Install the filters c, stopper plates v,
new O-rings b, and gear pump assem-
bly n, and then tighten the bolts m to the
specified torque.
12. Install a new O-ring ,, manual valve .,
circlip /, O-ring !, and reservoir cap @.
