Battery Information (1-Way)

The 1-way companion remote is powered by one 3V coin cell lithi-

um battery (RPN: CR-2032) that can be purchased at most retailers.

When the battery begins to weaken, the operating range is reduced.

Battery Replacement

If present, remove the small screw on the back of the remote.

Use a small ﬂat blade screwdriver and insert it into the slot lo-

cated along the bottom of the remote, near the key ring. Care-

fully pry open the case.

Gently slide out the used battery to remove it from the holding

clip. Orient the new battery for the correct polarity and insert

into holding clip.

Reposition case parts, and snap together by pressing ﬁrmly and

evenly on the front and back. Reinstall screw (if applicable).

pose of the battery, please do so in accordance with your

municipal requirements for battery disposal.
