Turn the power supply
off once and
then back on
Is normal reset possible?

disconnect the fan motor
connector from the PCB, then
turn the power supply on
again. Is "E1"
displayed?
Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector, or parts damage may be
occurred.
