dial gauge.)
Out of specification → Replace.

3. Measure:
• Connecting rod side clearance
(Use a thickness gauge.)
Out of specification →
Repair/replace.
Connecting rod side clearance
0.2 - 0.7 mm (0.0079 - 0.0276 in)
4. Measure:
• Axial play
Out of specification →
Repair/replace.
Maximum axial play
2.0 mm (0.079 in)
