This setting determines whether files received with SMTP protocol are delivered

0: Off. Files received via SMTP are output immediately without delivery.
1: On. Files received via SMTP are delivered immediately to their destinations.
Set to select the signature when receiving SMTP mail.

1: Always sign
Set to encrypt the data when receiving SMTP mail.
