Troubleshooting
Out of ribbon or ribbon jam. Check or load ribbon.
Remove any slack in the ribbon by turning the take-up
reel clockwise. Load a new ribbon.
Printhead is open. Close the printhead.
Out of supplies. Load supplies.
Reload supplies (supply length mismatch).
The supply was not seen or the On-Demand sensor is
not working correctly. Check for a supply jam. Clear
the supply path or reload supplies. This error may
occur if you remove a label too quickly in the
On-Demand mode. The printer does not recalibrate
after this error.
Knife is not moving. Call Technical Support.
Knife jam. Call Technical Support.
Stacker is full or jammed. Empty the stacker before
continuing.
Low battery. Recharge the battery.
Waiting to dispense label. Press Feed.
Verifier failure. Call Technical Support.
Printhead failure. Replace the printhead or call
Technical Support.
Printhead has more than 10 bad dots or is not
connected. Make sure the prinhtead is connected and
if necessary, replace the printhead.
The print motor is not ready. Call Technical Support.
The format specified by the application was not found.
Reload your application and format and try again. If the
problem continues, call Technical Support.
