CommPortal Phone Applications User Guide for Yealink SIP Phones
You can access the Network Contacts through the handsets. All handsets registered on
the same base will share the same network contacts.
There are three default groups in the Network Contacts: Contacts, Extensions and
MLHGS.
Contacts: stores all the contacts customized by user.
Extensions: stores the contacts in the same Business Group as your account.
MLHGS (Multi Line Hunt Groups): displays the MLHG you belong to.
You can add or sort contacts, edit, delete or search for a contact in the Contacts groups,
while you can only view, search or call contacts in the Extensions and MLHGS.
