If the LCD screen prompts the error message as shown below:
It indicates that any of the authentication information (user
name/password/CommPortal URL) you enter is wrong. You need to re-enter the
correct authentication information.

If the LCD screen prompts the error message as shown below:
It indicates that CommPortal URL has been cleared from the phone flash, you need
to ask your system administrator to re-enter the CommPortal URL via the
CommPortal phone configurator.
