8.4 Registering a user certificate in this machine

In the administrator mode of Web Connection, select [Store Address] ö [Address Book] ö [Store Address]
ö [New Registration] ö [E-mail].

Description
Select the [Registration of Certification Information] check
box. Click [Browse], and specify where to save the certifi-
cate information to be registered.
Certificate information is supported only as a DER (Distin-
guished Encoding Rules) file.
Clicking [Deletion of Certification Information] deletes the
registered certificate information.
You cannot register a certificate if the E-mail address to be
registered as a destination does not match that of the user
certificate. Before registering a certificate, check that
those E-mail addresses are the same.
