1.13 Adjustment of Gap between Drum and Sleeve
This model uses a hit-drum method using the guide roller, and no adjustment is necessary.
1.14 Adjustment of Developer Polarity Position
(1) Remove the developer unit from the machine.
(2) Adjust at the rear adjustment plate. Loosen
the fixing screw of the adjustment plate and
move the plate according to the stamped mark
on the plate as a guide line to make adjust-
ment.
As this is already adjusted with a special jig
at the time of shipping from the factory, do
not loosen the screw unnecessarily.
When loosening the screw for disassembly,
etc., remember the position of the adjustment
plate and reinstall it where it was.
(During the replacement of the magnetic roller,
adjust the developer the developer polarity po-
sition.)
