Testing the voice (E;PEE:iI:H -FEE-r)
A test program is used to test the voice.

In the Service
Mode,
select ziF:EE,!:::H "rE::i"r using the right rotary
knob 0 and press to confirm.
The announcement "Please insert Navigation CD" is given.
By pressing the right rotary knob 0, the announcement can be re-
peated.
After completing the test, press the @ . button. The unit switches
back to the Service Mode.
The demo mode is intended for demonstration purposes. Aprepro-
grammed location will serve as the starting point for navigation.

In the Service Mode, select L:iEpJi::i /$lC!E
using
the
right rotary
knob 0 and press to confirm.
Select between 11 rl4 and KFF by briefly pressing the right rotary
knob 0. By holding down the right rotary knob 0, the selection
is confirmed.

You can now enter a destination as described in the operation
guide.

To switch off the demo mode cancel the simulated route guidance
and repeat steps to go into the service menu. Select r::lF'F by briefly
pressing the right rotary knob 0. By holding down the right rotary
knob the selection is confirmed.
ATTENTION: To turn ignition off and on does not switch off the
demo mode
