Fujitsu Mobile Hard Drive Jumper Setting

The following information is typical for Fujitsu 10-GB and 20-GB mobile hard drives.
This information may differ, depending on the manufacturer and size of the drive installed in the
system.
For systems with a Fujitsu 10.0-GB or 20.0-GB mobile hard drive, the factory settings for the
jumper on the interface connector are shown in the following table. The factory setting is for a
single drive installed on the primary IDE channel as a master device. The 4-pin jumper block is
on the right end of the interface connector on the drive (when looking at the rear of the drive).
Specifications for the hard drive are included in Section 9.
