Removing the Fan and Heat Sink Subassembly

Remove the processor as follows.

Pull the processor socket lock lever away from the socket just enough to release the

lever from the socket, then pivot the lever up to release the processor (see the following
figure).
Carefully lift the processor out of the socket. Store the processor in a static free bag.
