Installation Procedures
All screws holding the connectors to the back plate and back plate to the mounting tube should be tightened
to approximately to 7 – 9 in-lbs. After mounting the coax connectors to the connector plate, make sure that
the coax connectors are floating or have slight movement.
The washer must be installed with the smooth (rounded) surface facing the RF connector;
otherwise, the RF connectors may bind when the screws are tightened. To further reduce
the chances of binding, ensure that the mounting flange on each RF connector is straight
prior to installation (when viewed from the long side of the connector). Straighten the
flanges if they are observed to be bowed.
