28. EXTRA INFORMATION

INTERACTIVE SERVICES

If your service provider provides Interactive
Services, you can use them as follows:
To display the 'HTML-Portal' for interactive

entertainment and information services,
press the Dienste button on your remote
control.
To view digital Teletext for the current
●
channel, press the
remote control.

RECORDING A DIGITAL
CABLE PROGRAMME
If you have a video recorder you can use it to
record digital programmes from your set-top box.
01. Make sure your set-top box is switched on
and tuned to the channel you wish to
record.
NOTE: You can also set reminders and use the
Timer (see page 22) to set your set-top box to
change channel automatically to the digital
programme(s) you want to record.
02. Set your video recorder correctly to record
at the appropriate time(s), making sure that
your video recorder is set to record its
appropriate AV channel.
For further information about your video
recorder, refer to your video recorder's User
Guide.
NOTES: You cannot watch one digital cable
channel while you record a different digital cable
channel. If you use your set-top box's remote
control to change channel while you are
recording, your video recorder will record the
channel change.
Your video recorder must be correctly connected
to your set-top box.
Some programmes are copy-protected and may
not play back correctly if you record them.
