BUYING AN EVENT
Decide on the event (film or sport/other event)
that you wish to buy and the time at which you
want to watch it.
Contact Premiere by making a phone call, sending
a text message or visiting its web site and place
your order.
You can find ordering information on the
PREMIERE DIREKT channel, or at
www.premiere.de.
WATCHING THE EVENT YOU HAVE BOUGHT
Five minutes before the start time of your
purchased event, switch to the channel PREMIERE
DIREKT.
Press the Opt button to display the Options
Window.
Use the L R buttons to highlight the Video option
then use the U D buttons to select the Direkt
choice (D1, D2, D3 or D4) you have bought and the
appropriate time that you ordered it for.
Press the OK button to see and hear the event.

PARENTAL CONTROL

If you make the wrong choice from the Options
Window, you will see a message on the screen to
inform you that your smartcard is not authorised
for this programme. Redisplay the Options
Window and make the correct choice or choose
PREMIERE DIREKT Portal. Please be aware that
the authorisation may take a few minutes.
PARENTAL CONTROL
By entering a PIN-code, you can watch locked
programmes throughout the day without being
negligent about parental control. For unlocking, it
is necessary to have a legally prescribed
designation, defined by the FSK (Freiwillige
Selstkontrolle – Voluntary Self-regulation), acting
for state youth-authorities. To unlock a locked
programme you must enter a 4-digit PIN-code.
You get your PIN-code along with your smartcard.

LOCKED PROGRAMMES

If a programme is locked, this is shown by a rating
code (either FSK16 or FSK18) displayed next to
the programme in the Zapping WIndow or EPG
Grid.
Code Meaning
FSK16 Not suitable for people under 16
FSK18 Not suitable for people under 18
When you tune to the programme, the following
message appears on the screen:

Press the OK button to enter your PIN-Code
