Step 5
a) Insert the axle (M) into the holes on the right front leg and back leg.
b) Put one collar (EEE) on each end of the axle, and then put one wheel (CC) on
each end of the axle. Screw one lock nut (DDD) on each end of the axle using
the wrench (GGG) provided.
c) Insert one wheel cap (BB) on each wheel.
Attention:
Unpack the regulator/hose assembly (located underneath the firebox) prior to assembling the grill body to the cart, and pull
out the regulator/hose to the cart side panel when go ahead to this step.
Step 8
a) Align the two holes on right side of body assembly with the two holes on the
right side shelf. Then insert one bolt (AAA), one spring washer (BBB) and one
flat washer (CCC) into each hole. Tighten by hand until secure.
b) Repeat the procedure for the left side of the body assembly.
c) Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided.
Step 6
a) Place the body assembly (A) on the cart assembly.
b) Align the holes on front legs with the holes on the body assembly(A),
then insert one bolt (AAA), one spring washer (BBB) and one flat
washer (CCC) into each hole. Tighten by hand until secure.
c) Align the hole on each back leg with the holes on body assembly.
Insert one bolt (AAA), one spring washer (BBB) and one flat washer
(CCC) into each hole. Tighten by hand until secure.
d) Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided.
Step 7
a) Loosen the four pre‐installed bolts on the side of control panel and left
back leg, and allow 1/4 bolt's length to extend, align the holes on the left
side shelf (G) with the extended bolts, then push down on the left side
shelf until it clocks into place, tighten by hand until secure.
b) Repeat the procedure for the right side shelf (J) assembly.
c) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver provided.
Step 9
a) Align the holes on side knob seat (K) with the holes on the
right side shelf and side burner valve. Screw one bolt (FFF) into
each pre‐drilled hole.
b) Tighten the bolts using the screwdriver provided. Insert the
side knob (L) into knob shaft of valve.
c) Open the side burner lid and place the side burner assembly (I)
on the right side shelf. Connect the venturi tube and the side
valve by overlapping 0.78" between venturi tube and nozzle.
d) Align the holes on the side burner assembly with the holes on
the right side shelf.
e) Insert one bolt (FFF) into each pre‐drilled hole and screw one
nut (DDD) onto each bolt by hand.
f) Connect the side burner ignition cable by inserting it onto the
electrode. Make certain the connection is secure.
