    Assembly Instructions Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver provided if necessary.
  • Page 9 Step 4 (Assemble the front beam to the cart) a) Place the front beam (F) on the two cart side panels. b) Align the two holes on the right end of front beam (F) with the top & side two holes on the frame of cart right side panel.
  • Page 10 Step 7 (Basket support assembly) a) Align the four holes on the track of the basket support (I) with the four holes on the cart bottom. b) Insert one bolt (AA), one spring washer (DD) and one flat washer (CC) into each hole. Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided.
  • Page 11 Step 10 (Assemble the body to the cart) a) Put the body assembly (L) on the top of cart assembly. b) Align the two holes on the top of cart right side panel with the two holes on the right of body assembly. Insert one bolt (AA) with one spring washer (DD) and one flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole.
  • Page 12 Step 13 (Side burner assembly) a) Open the side burner lid and place the right side burner assembly (Q) onto the right side shelf. Make certain the venturi tube is connected properly with valve. b) Align the four holes on the right side burner assembly (Q) with the four holes on the right side shelf.
  • Page 13 Step 15 (Heat plate, cooking grid and warming rack assembly) a) Place the heat plates (R) onto the heat plate support. b) Place the cooking grids (S) upon the heat plates. Place the warming rack (T) on the warming grid support as shown.
  • Page 14 Step 18 (Grease cup assembly) a) Put the grease cup (V) into the grease cup support (U). Hang the cup support on the grease pan. b) Pull in the grease pan by moving it through the guide track under the body assembly.

    Operating Your Grill CAUTION: Use only the regulator provided. If a replacement is necessary, call our customer service center. The use of unauthorized parts can create an unsafe condition and environment. The propane gas supply cylinder used must be constructed and marked in accordance with local codes, with either the Natural Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.

    To prevent fire or explosion hazard when testing for a leak: Always perform the “leak test“ before lighting the grill and each time the cylinder is connected for use. Do not smoke or allow other sources of ignition in the area while conducting a leak test. Conduct the leak test outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
