Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is
fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver provided if
necessary.
Estimated Assembly Time: 30 minutes.
Step 1
a) Loosen the two pre‐installed bolts on the left front leg (X) and allow the 1/4
bolt's length to extend from the left front leg. Align the holes on the front panel
(R) with the extended bolts from the left front leg (X).
b) Push down on the front panel (U) until it locks into place. Tighten bolts by hand
until secured.
c) Repeat the procedure for the right front leg (Q).
d) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver provided.
Step 3
a) Loosen the two pre‐installed bolts on the left back leg and the
left front leg, and allow 1/4 bolt's length to extend from the
legs. Align the holes on the upper side beam (Z) with the
extended two bolts on the legs. Push down on the upper side
beam until it locks into place, insert one bolt (AAA), one spring
washer (BBB) and one flat washer (CCC) into each hole on the
legs. Tighten by hand until secure.
b) Repeat the procedure for the right upper side beam assembly
(Z).
c) Loosen the lower two pre‐installed bolts on the left front leg
and back leg, and allow 1/4 bolt's length to extend from the
legs. Align the holes on the lower side beam (P) with the
extended two bolts on the legs. Push down on the side panel
until it locks into place. Tighten by hand until secure. Repeat the procedure for the right side panel assembly (AA).
d) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver provided.
Assembly Instructions
Step 2
a) Loosen the four pre‐installed bolts on the right back leg (Y) and the left
back leg (R), and allow 1/4 bolt's length to extend from the legs. Align the
holes on the lower back beam (V) with the extended bolts from the right
back legs (Y) & and left back leg (R). Push down on the lower back beam
(V) until it locks into place, tighten all the bolts using screwdriver
provided.
b) Repeat the procedure for the upper back beam (S).
c) Align M6 bolt (AAA), spring washer (BBB), flat washer (CCC), and the Tank
Baffle‐B (T) with the holes on right back leg (Y) and the left back leg (R).
Tighten all bolts by using screwdriver provided.
Step 4
a) Align M6 bolt (AAA), spring washer (BBB), flat washer (CCC), and the tank down support
(O) with the holes on the left upper side beam (Z). Tighten all bolts by using screwdriver
provided.
b) Align M6 bolt (AAA), spring washer (BBB), flat washer (CCC), and the Tank baffle‐A (N)
with the hole on the left lower side beam (P). Tighten all bolts by using screwdriver
provided.
c) Align M6 bolt (AAA), spring washer (BBB), flat washer (CCC), and the Tank baffle‐C(W)
with the hole on the left lower side beam (P). Tighten all bolts by using screwdriver
provided.
