The air flow

the vents

Recommendations
for use
-
Position the air flow control
at
a level which
allows adequate air
circulation
in the
pas-
senger
compartment.

Select
the
air
distribution
which
best suits
your requirements
and
the climatic
condi-
tions.
-
Select
a temperature
setting
and only
alter
it gradually for
your
comfort.
Rapid de-icing
or demisting
of the
windscreen
and the side Windows:
Maximum
performance
is obtained
with
the
engine
"hot".
-
Set
the temperature
to
hot.
-
Set
the
air
flow to
maximum.
- Direct the
air distribution
towards the
wind-
screen and
close the
central
vents.
-
Select the
exterior air
intake.
- Switch on
the
air
conditioning,
where fitted.

Precautions
For
the
ventilation
to
be
effective,
do
not
obstruct:
- the
air
outlets inside the
vehicle,
-
the outside air
inlets
at the base of the
wind-
screen,
- the air extraction
vent
on
the rear parcel
shelf,
-
the air extraction
vent
in the boot
on
the
right hand side
inner
panel.
The
pollen
filter
situated
under
the scuttle
panel
must
be
replaced
regularly
(consult
the
maintenance
schedule).
