Switching
on
the cassette
player
The cassette is protected by a flap.
Open
the
flap
to insert a cassette.
As soon
as a cassette
has
been
inserted,
radio
play
ceases and
the cassette is played.
"TAPE >"
is
displayed, confirming that cas-
sette play has
been selected
and
indicating
the direction
of
play.
Both
possible directions
of play of
a tape are
identified
by
"TAPE
>" and "< TAPE".
Operation
Continuous playing
of
a
cassette
Without any
selection
action,
playing
of
a
cas-
sette is
continuous,
from the moment the tape
is inserted. At the
end of
the
tape,
the
direc-
tion of play
changes automatically
so
that
the
second side
can
be
listened
to (auto-reverse).
Traffic information
If
you
have
set
your
system
to
TA
mode,
playing
of the cassette may be
interrupted at
any
time
by
the broadcasting
of traffic
infor-
mation.
Cassette
play is
resumed
when
the
message is
completed.
Reversing
the direction
of
play
Partially
press
button
"«
»"

to
reverse
the
direction
of
play
part-way
through
the
tape.
