Once the assembly is complete, test run the machine to
make sure it runs properly for regular operations. The
test run consists of verifying the following: 1) The motor
powers up and runs correctly, and 2) the safety disabling
mechanism on the switch works correctly.
If, during the test run, you cannot easily locate the source
of an unusual noise or vibration, stop using the machine
immediately, then review
If you still cannot remedy a problem, contact our Tech
Support at (360) 734-3482 for assistance.
Make sure you have read the safety instructions at
the beginning of the manual and that the machine is
fully assembled and set up properly.
Make sure all tools and objects used during setup are
cleared away from the machine.
Connect the machine to the power source.
Verify that the machine is operating correctly by
turning the machine
— When operating correctly, the machine runs
smoothly with little or no vibration or rubbing
noises.
— Investigate and correct strange or unusual noises
or vibrations before operating the machine further.
Always disconnect the machine from power when
investigating or correcting potential problems.
Turn the machine
Insert the switch disabling pin through the green ON
button, as shown in
Press the green ON button to test the disabling
feature on the switch.
— If the machine does not start, the switch disabling
feature is working as designed.
— If the machine starts, immediately stop the
machine. The switch disabling feature is not
working correctly. This safety feature must
work properly before proceeding with regular
operations. Call Tech Support for help.
