Systems Description
MANUAL EXTENSION
The landing gear
can
be manually extended by operating a
handcrank at the rear of the front seats. This procedure is
described in the EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
section.
BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT
The baggage
compartment
is accessible
through
the bag-
gage door on the right side of the fuselage. Loading within
,.-...,_
the baggage compartment must be in accordance with the
data in the WEIGHT AND BALANCE Section. All baggage
must be
secured.
WARNING
Do not
carry
hazardous material
anywhere in
the
airplane.
Do not carry children in the baggage compart-
ment.
SEATS AND SEAT BELTS
SEAT
ADJUSTMENTS
Both
of the
individual front seats are adjustable fore-and-
aft, by pulling up on the small lever in front of each seat
cushion
and
pulling
or pushing on the seat. In addition, the
front seat backs are adjustable by a set screw located on
the inboard side
of both seat backs. Moving the seat back
forward and turning the
set
screw in or out regulates the
position of the seat back either backward or forward.
Armrests for both front and rear seat passengers
are.
built
into
the cabin
sidewalls and the door.
