CAUT/ON
Do
not exert force on the propeller or control
surfaces.
Do not place weight on the stabilizers
to
raise
the nose
wheel.
When towing with a
tug, limit turns to prevent damage to the
nose
gear. Do not
attempt
to tow airplane backward
by
the
tail
tie
down ring.
Care
should
be
used when removing
the tow
bar
to
prevent
damage to the lubrication fittings on
the landing
gear.
PARKING
The parking brake push-pull
control
is
located
on
the right
side of the lower subpanel. Toset the parking brakes, pull
co
ntrol
out and depress both toe pedals
until firm.
Push
the
control
in to release the brakes.
CAUTION
The
parking brake should be left
oft
and
wheel
chocks installed if the airplane
is to
be left
unattended.
Changes
in
ambient temperature
can
cause
the brakes to release or to exert
excessive pressures.
