Solution:
See "Load plain paper into the
paper support" on page 24 or
"Load an original document into
the ADF" on page 28.
Remove the sticker, transparent
tape, and foam from the bottom
of the print cartridges. For an
illustration, see page 77.
Replace the print cartridge with
a new cartridge.

Since Call Waiting can disrupt
fax transmissions, disable this
feature before sending or
receiving a fax. Call your
telephone company to obtain the
keypad sequence for temporarily
disabling Call Waiting.
Make sure the original fax is
loaded correctly.
Replace the print cartridge with
a new cartridge.
Install both print cartridges. The
AIO only works if you have both
cartridges installed. For help
installing the cartridges, see
page 76.
