Step 1: Assembling the Speakers

Before connecting the speakers, attach the speaker stand to the front and surround speakers.
Use the parts as follows:
• Front and surround speakers (4)
• Center speaker (1)
• Speaker cords (5, red/white/blue/gray/green)
• Speaker stands (4)
• Screws (large) (12)
Note
• Spread a cloth on the floor to avoid damaging the floor when you assemble the speakers.
• Be especially careful about the combination of parts, as a mistake may result in the speaker becoming unstable and
therefore a hazard.
Tip
• You can use the speaker without the speaker stand by installing it on the wall (page 17).

Draw the speaker cord into the post of the speaker stand (for the front and surround
speakers).
Fold back the speaker cord
about 100 mm and twist
together.
After drawing through, untwist
and straighten out the speaker
cord.

About the speaker cords
Use the speaker cord as follows:
• Front speaker (L): White
• Front speaker (R): Red
• Surround speaker (L): Blue
• Surround speaker (R): Gray
