3.18 REMOTE CONTROL EC800 (OPTIONAL)
The remote control EC800 (fig.4) available as an accessory allows to control different functions as indicated
in the table below:
• Connect the remote control to the jack ONLY REMOTE CONTROL (18).
• No DMX signal must be present at the DMX INPUT.
• Via DMX OUT, it is possible to connect further units in order to control them via the remote control
together with the master unit.
• Whit the button STAND BY, the sleep mode can be switched on and off. With the sleep mode switched
on, the LED next to the button will light up. The pan head will go to its starting position and the light
beam will be switched off.
• With the button MODE, select the operating mode:
a) SOUND mode (LED next to the button does not light up)
Each time the button FUNCTION is kept pressed, the unit changed to next of the tree stroboscopic effects:
- Stroboscope independent of the music, in sync with the slave units;
- Stroboscope independent of the music, alternating with the slave units;
- Stroboscope depending on the music
b) SHOW mode (LED next to the button is on)
- Select the desired show programme (Show 1 to 4) with the button FUNCTION;
c) SPEED mode (LED next to the button flashing)
- Select the desired speed with the button FUNCTION:
Speed1 - fast
Speed2 - middle
Speed3 - slow
d) Index PAN, TILT and DIMMER function (LED next to the button blinking faster)
- Each time the button FUNCTION is kept pressed it is possible adjust the desired values.
