    EXPLO3000D • Tenere tutti i materiali combustibili ad almeno 0,5 metri di distanza dall’unità. Mantenere i materiali infiammabili ad una distanza di sicurezza dall’unità. • La distanza minima dalla superficie illuminata è di 10 metri. • Prevedere una distanza minima di 0,1 metri attorno prese d’aria.

    - 1 - INTRODUZIONE 1.1 DESCRIZIONE E SPECIFICHE TECNICHE EXPLO3000D è una strobo DMX con lampada allo Xenon da 3000W, concepita per riprodurre effetti di alto impatto visivo. Il sistema avanzato di dissipazione del calore e del controllo lampada offrono la possibilità di un’accensio- ne continua, esprimendo un’output di luce impressionante per essere utilizzato anche come un blinder.

    EXPLO3000D 3.7 MODALITà STAND ALONE Per impostare questa modalità: • Alimentare il dispositivo. • Posizionare il DIP-switch MODE [1] su “ON” e i DIP-switch [2-5] su “OFF”. Poi impostare il DIP-switch [6] su “ON” per il funzionamento a bassa potenza oppure su “OFF” per quello ad alta potenza.

    EXPLO3000D • Provide a minimum clearance of 0.1 meters (4 inches) around air vents. • Never place filters or other materials over the front glass cover. • The exterior of the fixture can reach temperatures up to 120° C (248° F). Allow the fixture to cool for at least 15 minutes before handling.

    Fig.3 2.4 MOUNTING The EXPLO3000D can be fixed (as shown below) using the mounting bracket screws or using the dedi- cated lighting support if mounted on a crossbeam. The mounting place must be of sufficient stability and be able to support a weight of 10 times of the unit’s weight.

    EXPLO3000D - 3 - FUNCTIONS AND SETTINGS 3.1 OPERATION Connect the supplied main cable to a socket (230V~/50Hz). Then the unit is ready for operation and can be operated via a DMX controller or in manual mode. To switch off, disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

    3.3 DMX ADDRESSING To able to operate the EXPLO3000D with a light controller, adjust the DMX start address for the first a DMX channel. If e. g. address 33 on the controller is provided for controlling the function of the first DMX chan- nel, adjust the start address 33 on the EXPLO3000D.

    EXPLO3000D 3.6 DMX CONTROL SUMMARY Intensity Flash intensity can be set from minimum (blackout) to maximum on channel 1 in the 3- and 4-channel DMX modes. Intensity is maximum in 1-channel DMX mode. The maximum intensity can be reduced by selecting low power mode as described.

    EXPLO3000D 3.7 STAND-ALONE OPERATION This section describes how to operate the EXPLO3000D in stand-alone mode without a DMX controller. • Apply power to the fixture. • Set pin 1 of the Mode DIP switch to ON. Set pins 2 - 5 to OFF. Set pin 6 to ON for low-power operation or to OFF for high-power operation.
