Engine Compression
Check engine compression periodically to document engine wear and condition. For engine compression check pro-
cedures and special tools required, see the VICTORY Service Manual or contact an authorized VICTORY dealer.

Exhaust System

Check the exhaust system for stains from leaking exhaust gasses. Replace damaged or leaking exhaust gaskets. See
the VICTORY Service Manual or your authorized VICTORY dealer.
Check all exhaust system fasteners.
1. Tighten exhaust header flange nuts.
Torque: 12 ft-lbs (16 Nm)
2. Tighten muffler mounting screws.
Torque: 18 ft-lbs (24.5 Nm)
3. Tighten the support bracket nut.
Torque: 35 ft-lbs (47.5 Nm)
4. Tighten muffler clamps.
Torque: 31 ft-lbs (42 Nm)
