HYBRID KEY SYSTEM
MMC 20
Description:
Used to open (enable) or close (disable) customer- or technician-level
programming. If programming is not opened and an attempt is made to access
a system MMC, the error message [ACCESS DENIED] will be displayed. A 4-digit
customer passcode is required to access customer-level programming allowed in
MMC 90 (Customer Use MMC). A 4-digit technician's passcode is required to
open all MMCs.

1. Press AUTO RDL and dial 20
2. Enter passcode
Default passcodes are 1234 for customer-level
Programming and 4321 for technician-level
programming
3. Press MUTE/DND or MSG to select DISABLE or
ENABLE
OR
Dial 0 for DISABLE
or 1 for ENABLE
(e.g. 1)
4. Press AUTO RDL to save and exit
