Linkage Method:

Send Email: Check to send any motion-recorded image to an email. Configure
settings for this option in Network Recording.
•
Upload to FTP: Check to send any motion-recorded image to an FTP server.
Configure settings for this option in Network Recording.
Upload FTP Picture Settings:
If Upload to FTP is checked, configure these options.
•
Quality: Select between Low, Medium and High.
To draw the motion detection area, follow these instructions:
1. Click Enable Motion Detection to activate the feature.
2. Position your mouse cursor over the Preview window, press and hold the left
mouse button.
3. While holding down the left mouse button, drag the cursor to draw a
rectangular area over the zone desired.
4. Release the mouse button. The motion detection rectangle will be the grey
shaded area in the Preview window.
5. If you are not satisfied with the size of motion detection area, hold down the
points on the corners or edges of the area and drag to the desired size. If you
are not satisfied with the positioning of the motion detection area, move the
area by holding the inside of the area and drag to the desired location.
6. Click the Stop Drawing button to finish.
7. Set the Sensitivity to a value between 0-100 using the drop-down menu.
8. Repeat Steps 1-6 for additional motion detection areas, if applicable.
Click Clear All to delete all the motion detection areas.
After making any setting adjustments, remember to click the Save
button to save any changes made.
