connector
A-61544 April 2006
The USB connector may need periodic replacement due to extended
use which may be detectable due to repeated flash drive errors. Before
changing the USB connector, be sure the USB flash drive itself is not
defective.
Tools needed: Small Phillips Head Screwdriver.
1. Turn off the power to the Scan Station.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall receptacle.
3. Unscrew and remove the two screws on the back of the turret using
a Phillips Head screwdriver.
4. Lift the turret top cover and hold it in place (or rest it on the Scan
Station) until you remove the ribbon cable connector.
