Changing Your Battery

The will appear in the upper left corner of the LCD screen to alert you
when the battery power is running low, indicating a new battery is needed.
The meter will not power on when the battery power is
exhausted.
Your meter uses only one 3V lithium battery.
Before replacing the battery, make sure your meter is "OFF".
When changing your battery, match the polarity symbols (+ or -) printed on the battery
deck of the meter to the symbols on the face of the battery.
After changing the battery, please reset your meter settings (please refer to page 15-16)
to ensure accurate test results.
