Solving memory problems

CAUTION:
ECC memory are mixed, the workstation will not boot the operating system.

configured properly.

Cause
Verify network connectivity, that a DHCP Server is
present, and that the Remote System Installation Server
contains the NIC drivers for your NIC.
Flash the ROM. You can download the most recent ROM
images from:
workstation_swdrivers
Cause
Replace module with the correct industry-standard device
for the workstation.
ECC and non-ECC memory modules cannot be mixed.
Use the Device Manager to verify memory configuration.
Verify the application documentation to determine the
memory requirements.
Verify that the memory modules have been installed
correctly and that proper modules are used.
Delete any TSRs that you do not need.
Verify the memory requirements for the application or add
more memory to the workstation.

Reseat DIMMs.
2.
Replace DIMMs one at a time to isolate the faulty
module.
3.
Replace third-party memory with HP memory.
4.
Replace the system board.
