Circuit Adjustments
CAUTION: The each circuit has been made by the fine adjustment at factory. Do not attempt to adjust the following
adjustments except requiring the readjustments in servicing otherwise it may cause loss of performance and
product safety.
[Adjustment Condition]
● Input signal
Computer signal .................... 0.7Vp-p/75Ω terminated,
Component Video signal........ 0.7Vp-p/75Ω terminated,
SDI signal .............................. SDI standard,
● Picture control mode ................ "STANDARD" mode unless otherwise noted.
Note :
■ The following adjustment is the adjustment item for
Assembly power. The test point exists on Assembly POWER.
1.
+6V voltage adjustment
■ The following adjustment is the adjustment item for
Switching Regulator. The test point exists on Unit Sub-
Power.
2.
+25V voltage adjustment
■ The following adjustment is the adjustment item for
Assembly sub power and Assembly main. The adjustment
data is stored to Assembly main (IC803). The test points exist
on Net-1, EXH Fannet, PBS Fannet and Unit Sub-Power.
3.
Fan driving voltage adjustment
Location of test points can be seen on
"Printed Wiring Board Drawings."

50% white pattern (XGA),
1 dot line pattern (UXGA)
16 steps gray scale pattern (1080i/60),
100% white pattern (1080i/60)

■ The following adjustments are the adjustment item for
Assembly main. The adjustment data is stored to Assembly
main (IC803). The test points exist on Assembly MAIN.
■ The following adjustment data is stored to Assembly main
(IC4822).
