Press {B} to search from the recently received caller
information.
L If you press {A}, the display order will be
reversed.

Press {SP-PHONE} to return the call.
L To send a fax, insert the document FACE DOWN
and press {FAX START}.
To change the way caller information is displayed
Press {CALL DISPLAY} repeatedly after step 2.
Example:
3.10.3 Symbols and operations for caller
information
What "," means
"," on the display means the call has already been
viewed or answered.
If the same person calls more than once
The number of times the same caller called ("×2" to
"×9") will be displayed. Only the date and time of the
most recent call will be stored.
Example: The same person called 3 times.
To stop viewing
Press {OFF} on the cordless handset or {STOP} on the
base unit.
To edit a telephone number before calling
back/storing
While displaying a desired caller information,
– press {Select} (soft key), then press {Edit} (soft key)
on the cordless handset repeatedly or

– press {*} on the base unit repeatedly.
Each time you press {Edit} (soft key) on the cordless
handset or {*} on the base unit, the telephone number
will be changed as follows:
A 1 – Area code – Local telephone number ("1" added)
B Local telephone number only (area code omitted)
C Area code – Local telephone number
L To return a call, press {TALK} on the cordless
handset or {SP-PHONE} on the base unit.
L To store the number in the cordless handset
phonebook, follow from step 3 of the cordless
handset storing procedure on page 29.
L To store the number in the base unit phonebook,
follow from step 3 of the base unit storing procedure
on page 29.

3.11 Erasing caller information

3.11.1 Erasing all caller information
With the cordless handset

Press {V} or {^} to display "Caller list".
L You can also press {Rcvd calls} (soft key).

{All erase} (soft key)
L To cancel erasing, press {No} (soft key), then
{OFF}.

{Yes} (soft key)
With the base unit

Press {MENU} repeatedly to display "CALLER
SETUP". i {SET}
L "CALL LIST ERASE" will be displayed.

L To cancel erasing, press {STOP}, then {MENU}.
