SETUP Page
Program list:
The user is able to choose the desired exercise
p rogram; SETUP page can b e entered from this
screen.
Setting
According to the program chosen, the user is
p rompted to set the re quired parameters to
b egin workout.
The screen automatically displays the exercise
program after entering the parameters.
Multi-Media functions can be accessed on this
screen.
Once the workout is completed, the system
automatically displays the workout results (report
page) including time, calories, heart rate, &
distance.
