Front fork adjusters

The front fork used on this motorcycle has rebound,
compression and spring preload adjustment.
This adjustment is done using the outer adjusters:
1) to adjust the rebound damping (fig. 60);
2) to adjust the preload of the inner springs (fig. 60);
3) to adjust the compression damping (fig. 61).
Position the motorcycle on its side stand so that it is
stable.
Turn the adjuster (1) on every fork leg top with a
suitable wrench to adjust rebound damping.
As you turn the adjusting screws (1 and 3), you will
hear them click. Each click identifies a setting. The
stiffest damping setting is obtained with the adjuster
turned fully clockwise to the "0" position. Start with
this position and turn counter-clockwise. Count the
clicks, which correspond to position 1, 2 and so forth.
