2.9.13 [3-6] Extension Hunting Group

If an extension within an idle extension hunting group is called when it is busy or in DND mode, the
call can be redirected to another extension in the same hunting group, according to a preprogrammed
hunting type. If there is no idle extension in the group, the call can then be redirected to the overflow
destination, which can be different depending on the time mode (day/lunch/break/night). A maximum
of 64 hunting groups can be programmed, each containing up to 16 extensions.
To assign members to the group, click Member List. To assign extensions as overflow destinations
easily, click Destination Setting (see 2.1.6 Extension Number Setting).
Hunting Group Name
Specifies the name of the hunting group.
