On page 1 you can enter a name and up to three tele-
phone numbers, on page 2 you can enter any additional
information such as company and department names.
• "Name" is the only field that may not be left empty.
You can enter any combination of letters, numbers
and symbols in this field
• The three telephone number fields will only accept
certain characters: digits from 0 to 9 and spaces.
You can set which of the station numbers entered
should be automatically dialled when dialing from
the personal directory (default station number) by
entering a checkmark beside every station number
field

• Captions such as "Name" or "Mobile" can be config-
ured individually
Saving entries, making additional entries, cancel-
ing
Save the entries you made in the personal directory.

The display changes to a blank form for entering a new
entry.
On page 1 of 2 only: Show the second page of the input

form for an entry. The softkey changes to "Previous".
On page 2 of 2 only: Show the first page of input form

for an entry. The softkey changes to "Next".
Cancel the display. If you have made any changes, con-
