Removal Of The Cylinder; Removal Of The Piston - PEUGEOT 125 CC Workshop Manual

Removal of the cylinder.

- Remove the front bolt (1) of the cylinder
(located beside the oil pressure swich).
- Remove the cylinder.
- Remove the base gasket (2) and the
2 centring pillars (3).

Removal of the piston.

- Remove one of the circlips (1) with pliers
P/N 752000.
- Remove the gudgeon pin.
- Remove the piston.
