If your phone is configured to work with Microsoft Lync Server 2010, your call forwarding options are different than those described below. Enter the forwarding number, and select Enable. If you selected the No Answer option, you can enter the number of rings before your phone forwards the call. Polycom VVX 400 and 410 Business Media Phones User Guide Version 5.0.0 Logging into Your Phone If your system administrator has set up the User Login feature, you can view your personal phone settings, such as contacts and call list information, from any phone in the organization. This means you can access your contact directory and speed dial numbers, as well as other phone settings, even as you temporarily change work areas.
From Home view, select Settings > Features > User Login > Log in. 2 From the User Login screen, enter your user ID and password and press Log in. The default password for Polycom phones is 123. However, check if your system administrator has changed the default passwords for security reasons.
