■ Battery charging

Pror to usng the transcever for the frst tme, the battery pack
must be fully charged for optmum lfe and operaton.

• Recommended temperature range for chargng:
0°C to +45°C
- The L-Ion battery functons wthn –10°C to +60°C
• Use the specfed chargers (BC-152, BC-119N and BC-121N).
NEVER use another manufacturer's charger.
• Use the optonal AC adapter (BC-147E) for the BC-152.
• NEVER use another manufacturer's AC adapter.
Recommendation:
Charge the suppled battery pack for a maxmum of up to
10 hours. L-Ion batteres are dfferent from N-Cd batteres n
that t s not necessary to completely charge and dscharge
them to prolong the battery lfe. Therefore, chargng the battery
n ntervals, and not for extended perods s recommended.
