PART 1. SYSTEM OVERVIEW

1.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Samsung OfficeServ 7200 converged communications platform offers one solution for voice, data, and wire-
less for the small to medium size enterprise. Although the 7200 can function as a square key system, PABX, or
hybrid, it offers much more. The OfficeServ 7200 is an "office in a box" solution providing data router and switch-
ing functions (LAN/WAN), the OfficeServ 7200 platform supports industry standard Voice over Internet Protocol
(VoIP), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) as well as the more robust Telephony over Internet Protocol (ToIP), TDM
voice processing, wireless communications, voice mail, computer telephony integration (CTI), and much more all
in one powerful platform.
The OfficeServ 7200 can be mounted in a standard 19" rack, wall mounted, or set on a desktop. Media Gateway
Cards (MGI), local IP keysets, remote IP keysets, and IP networking are easily and economically added as needed.
